MEDIA ADVISORY: Rep. Díaz-Balart to Host Check Presentation for the $4.19 Million in Federal Funding Secured for Miami-Dade County Roadway Safety Improvements in the City of Doral

MIAMI, FL – Representative Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26) is pleased to invite members of the media to attend a check presentation ceremony taking place on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. This event celebrates the $4.19 million in federal funding secured by Representative Díaz-Balart, which will go toward improving the roadways within the City of Doral. These funds will be used for milling and resurfacing segments of NW 12th Street to NW 25th Street, from NW 107th Avenue to NW 87th Avenue. These enhancements will improve driving conditions and increase reliability and safety for the public. This project received funding through the Consolidated Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which was approved by Congress and signed by the President on March 9th, 2024.
