MIAMI—Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) is one of six Members of Congress taking part in a Congressional Delegation visit to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Bahrain this week. Upon his return, he will host a media availability to discuss the details of his trip, in which he has visited U.S. Military Bases and met with U.S. troops, toured areas of Iraq and the region, met with government officials, and received briefings on the progress being made in the region.
