WASHINGTON, D.C. – Hoy los legisladores Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26), María Elvira Salazar (FL-27), y Carlos A. Giménez (FL-28) along with Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott sent a letter to the Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas condemning them for allowing a high-level, longtime Cuban Communist Party operative to gain U.S. entry.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26) issued the following statement commemorating the victims of the "13 de Marzo" tugboat sinking by the Cuban regime on its 30th anniversary:
"Today marks 30 years since one of the cruelest atrocities ever committed against the Cuban people by the murderous regime in Cuba: the sinking of the '13 de Marzo' tugboat. The victims still have not seen justice for these heinous crimes.
