Congressman Diaz-Balart today introduced the Highway Trust Fund Reclamation Act (the “RECLAIM” Act) which would rescind unused funds, with the exception of highway funding, from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the so-called “Stimulus Bill” and assign those funds to the soon to be insolvent Highway Trust Fund.
