WASHINGTON, D.C. – Members of the Congressional Hispanic Conference, Representatives Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26), Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), Carlos A. Giménez (FL-28), and María Elvira Salazar (FL-27) participated in a joint interview with Telemundo anchor Julio Vaqueiro. The discussion centered on crucial topics concerning the Hispanic and Latino community, the increased cost of living and rising prices on items like gas, rent, and groceries, and the escalating crisis at our border.
WASHINGTON, D.C.– Today, Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (FL-26) delivered remarks on the Floor of the U.S.
This is a nation of immigrants, built by immigrants. Thus, I am strongly committed to promoting fair, legal, and humane immigration policies which also take into account the contribution of immigrants to this great country of ours.
We need comprehensive immigration reform. We need to strengthen our border security, and we need to address the immigration issues inside our borders. One without the other will resolve nothing.
