WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26) issued the following statement regarding the Board of Immigration Appeals ruling regarding Cuban nationals released on I-220A:
"I am deeply outraged by the Biden Administration’s grotesque and irresponsible immigration decisions, which are causing confusion, chaos, and injustice. I raised these concerns last year, soon after Cuban nationals escaping totalitarianism started to receive the I-220A form from the Department of Homeland Security.
